"This used to be the best GP Surgery in the area, but sadly not any more.
Appointments are always running late, and the GP I saw was unhelpful, dismissive to the point of being plain rude. He certainly didn't like me researching my condition on the NHS website, and point blank refused to follow the BNF guidelines refgarding treatment.
I've also seen a couple of Nurses lately, as again the regular faces have gone, bringing in new staff who again lack compassion and care.
It seems priority and emphasis is being given to the large student population that are in the area, rather than existing patients with life-long conditions.
