"I am a new patient of this surgery and I must say I have received fantastic service so far. All reception staff are extremely welcoming, the lady on the front desk took the time to help me fill out my form and we had a lovely chat about the surgery and she explained all the surgery procedures, opening times and how many clinicians were here she really knew her stuff. The doctor I saw was very attentive to my problems and really took the time to hear me out. I had a blood test with the health care assistant and I usually hate to have my blood taken but she made me feel very at ease and had a very happy, bubbly personality. I think instead of complaining people should take time to see how under pressure surgeries are and how demanding people these days can be. I did witness a very rude gentlemen speak to the staff with zero respect and watched as this poor receptionist stayed very calm and was extremely professional whilst receiving an enormous amount of abuse simply because the gentlemen had forgotten to attend his appointment yet he was demanding to be seen for something that was his fault yet blaming the poor lady for this. Keep up the good work and thank you for making me feel so welcome."
