"After visiting the surgery with itchiness that was really irritating me, I saw a nurse practitioner. What a lovely lady she is. I have seen her a number of times over the years, usually with one of my children in the morning sessions when they have been poorly.
I felt reassured that i didn't have anything sinister to worry about and i left thinking about the way the nurse practitioner had spoken to me and had made me feel almost like a friend - as her manner is very down to earth and realistic.
I hope she will get to see my comments, even though she may not remember me as she will see many patients.
