"More recently I have been needing to visit the GP surgery more than usual and I must say the team are very friendly and attentive. It does sometimes take a few attempts to get through to reception over the phone, but they promptly deal with my enquiry when they answer.
Some suggestions:
- The toilet in Crowshott Avenue is often out-of-order - please can this be looked into?
- It would be useful if there was better tracking of repeat prescriptions to find out who currently has receipt of it
- I'd prefer to see a single GP.
