"Hastings is incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated and hard working medical team looking after us and our kids. Reliably they have provided considered and effective care.
Observing the attitudes and behaviours of the patients they look after, the station practice team all deserve awards for exemplary courage and professionalism in the face of negativity and childish attitudes.
It is an absolute fact that 90% of the population are calm, patient and recognise that a person can only ever answer one phone call or speak to one queuing patient at a time, whichever one the prioritise the other may have a strop Sadly the 10% who don't are prone to tantrums which are satisfied by posting terrible reviews.
You can book appointments and speak to the surgery online, "I must have an appointment today" is a ridiculous expectation bought in by politicians. You can speak with a pharmacist who can determine if you need medical care or an over the counter medicine.
Absolute fact, people that complain will always complain, so why are the NHS so reactive to feedback from people that never learned to self manage expectations.
The station practice have cared and healed my son, my partner and myself, we are very lucky to have this team. Come on folks its 2019, time you started to take responsibility for yourselves.
