"Will only give a weeks worth of tablets as I need a review but can't give me an appointment for one! So have to constantly request tablets for more than 6 months now which they give me on request but can't give me a decent amount yet I've had 6 months of them by keep requesting! Madness!
Keep running out of contraceptive no appointments so have to buy it privately I can make one to have a smear but can't get the pill on that appointment need a separate one that they don't have again madness and a waste of 2 appointments that could be just one appointment with the nurse.
Have never been so stressed by a surgery and it's dysfunctional system!
Need an urgent referal have had to ask a receptionist who has no idea about my condition or what I need to pass on a message to a doctor as no emergency appointments and can only get a referal through my own gp surgery! Or I can try ringing every morning when I'm driving the kids to school and then get cut off after being engaged for an hour!
Time to find a new surgery that's not part of the ridiculous willow system that's failing so many patients."
