"This surgery is absolutely horrible. Very impossible to book appointments and when the phone goes through nobody answers it for another 11 minutes then someone picks up and make excuses after making over 200 calls from 8am to 8.27am which automatically gets cancelled from the surgery saying lines are busy or it goes through to answering the machine and it becomes a waiting game because you will be lucky to have someone to pick up the phone.
I believe they programme the phone not to accept calls because they are not there at the said time that the phone lines should be opened or what are they really up about.
It's a hopeless situation with this surgery and I believe they should be monitored. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
AND IT'S VERY BAD FOR PATIENTS TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. VERY VERY APPALLING."
