"Waited 40 minutes to make an appointment today. Entered the call at place 7, 40 minutes later I go up to place 3, then get put back to place 4 again! Had to give up in the end without getting a chance to speak to anyone! Complete waste of time!
Further more, when I have managed to get an appointment (twice), I have been made to wait over 1 hour each time!
The surgery is shambles, I have never experienced such a pathetically poor surgery ever! I only joined due to moving and being made too. Pall Mall surgery in Leigh is head and shoulders above this place.
They need to improve big time!!!!!!!
