"Called the practice on Monday to make appointment, was on the line for 25 minutes being told I was the 8th caller then 7th etc only to get to the end and have the phone ring with no one answering.
I called again after 2 hours, was given a telephone appointment for 5pm, received a text message telling me my appointment was at 6pm and then never received a call. You cannot reason with the receptionists - if you work you literally cannot get an appointment here. They only cater for people who donât work, can sit on the phone for ages waiting to get through or can get an appointment for the day by calling in the morning - again if you work, not an option. You can never get through or manage to get an appointment because the doctors never have bookable appointments. It is unacceptable - Iâve had to pay and see a private GP several times as access to this practice is virtually impossible."
