"I've been going to this surgery for 30years, and I have to say things have improved considerably over the last couple of years. The receptionists are polite and friendly ( they used to be really terrible), although I do object to being asked my DOB and other personal details in front of the whole reception.
The Doctors, especially one are always good, friendly, and listen to what you are saying. It is hard to get an appointment, but they do have an urgent appointment system. I think they do well considering the pressure they are under. They also have nurses with whom you can make and appointment if appropriate.
It would be really good if they could recruit a female doctor though."
