"Appointments unatainable with doctors
Nurse appointments not available
The nurse I visited really did not no what vaccinations I needed told me to make another appointment I tried three days running in person to make an appointment told none available
I ended up paying for vacinations that wouldd have been provide free
On one occasion I was told no appoiments available so I took apon my self to drive round all off the willow group all surgeries practically empty I have complain by email twice no response however did reply to the email I sent with no content
My question is how was this system implemented how much training was given where is the working model as I have told the councillor if this was a school it would be in soecial measures but a school would not cost lives this system is putting lives at risk
Even this form is rigged I do not want to have to star somthing I want to be able to put in a minus if you are going to use allgorythems make them work not massage the answers given to suit the out come"
