Impossible as they never answer the phone. Receprion staff arw quite rude (most of them are). Got through today at. 9;50 after trying constantly since 8;30 to be told all appointments gone. I had to ask them to make an appointment at the gp hub just as the receptionist was about to hang up.
Drs are hit and miss- some are terrible and very dismissive. Others are fantastic - one dr dismissed my symptoms and another I saw there a few weeks later took them seeiously and referred me to the hospital for further tests. Turns out it was a very serious and potentially fatal condition that was only going to get worse. That Dr saved my life. I have told the practice of this."
