"So this is now the second time I have had problems truing to get my prescription off this clinic, I am a new patient used them twice only in recent months registered in 2019
I read the website for repeat prescriptions emailed my prescription in on Thursday knowing I had enough medicine till Tuesday, get to Monday I stand and queue in the chemist to be told their is no prescription of me, , I call clinic to be told they never got my email as their inbox was full up, yet another excuse, I was told she would have a word with the doctor and prescription would be ready for me tomorrow,
Tuesday ring chemist no prescription, ring clinic I am told this story about green bits of paper and how the chemist needs to pic it up,
We ring back and are told someone will ring us after 1 pm, never happens,
I ring again, told their is no prescription waiting for me whoever I need to speak to is on her lunch, now I have made decision I cant deal with these people, and chase my prescription like this, I have reregisters with my old doctors and decided to stop taking my medicine,
I emailed my prescrition on Thursday I expect it be sat in the chemist waiting for me by the Tuesday not excuse after excuse after excuse"
