"This surgery has become less helpful as time as gone on, we are encouraged to use Gps rather than Hospitals but if Thorpe is anything to go by we have no choice because by there own words YOU cannot book an appointment in advance anymore, you have to tell a receptionist and they will pass on your request to whatever Gp happens to be on and THEY will decide whether or not you are allowed to make an appointment no matter how far in advance. Even if you have had a long standing ongoing relationship with a particular Doctor you CANNOT book an appointment with them. This cannot be right. Incredible because despite having more Doctors is is more difficult to see one.
Also the Kirby branch should be sold off because forget about EVER yes EVER being able to get seen there, sell it off and put the money into the NHS."
