This Friday afternoon I had a concern that I wanted to discuss with my GP and called just 20 minutes before they closed for the weekend, not holding out much hope that I would be able to speak to anyone. I got a call back just a few minutes later and we made an appropriate plan together. This is really outstanding service - thank you very much to all at the practice, especially my GP. Itâs much appreciated."
