"I arranged an urgent appointment for my son who is in a lot of pain with his bladder.
An appointment was made for him and I was asked to bring ID.
I turned up with his passport but was then told not only that he could not have the appointment but he would need to have blood pressure in person.
They had no available appointments for that and sent me away.
This was highly confusing and very unprofessional
I have just found another GP service who are both proficient, helpful and organised.
As a disabled parent, I was very distressed being told to collect and then bring my sons ID, to the surgery, wait at the desk for an eternity only to be quickly turned away to the Brighton Station drop in without any advice or support to register my 2 older children aged 21 and 17.
Very upset!"
