My appointment was with my regular nurse. Her professional mannerism is 2nd to none.
The appointment time suits me just great as the nurse works late evenings.
From diagnosis, to treatment & management is just made and explained to me in a way that can easily be absorbed. To make it easier she will print it off the management plan too.
It is clearly visible she is passionate in her job and will NOT rush the consultation.
My family generations has seen her for years and our children are really accustomed to her.
Her greeting to us is always maintained very chirpy and friendly.
I know there is alot of negative feedback of this practice, but a real shame the good staff
are never spoken highly of.
I too agree to some degree of the reviews but certain member of the team are worth holding onto the practice for."
