Access to appointments really is a minefield
The other staff on reception and admin made me feel small, vulnerable and like I was a nuisance. Guilty for even wanting some time. I could hear the staff in back office talking about me
Empathy was none existent and conversations were led across the desk in reception with arms folded across chest
A balanced resolution wasn't reached. It all just felt defensive
I don't know How this has happened over the past few years . I understand its a stressful job involving dealing with ill, scared people who are reaching to you for help"
