"Since moving to Greenwich last year, this doctors practice has only become worse at trying to get an appointment. It has no system in place for same day emergency appointment that I have known at every other practice I've been to. It only has telephone call backs from a doctor who sounds completely disinterested, calls at any time between 10 and 7pm (if you miss the call, thats it for that day, plus most pharmacies have closed by the time they call) and is more interested in wether you have private health care so they can just refer you rather than deal with you. When being quite unwell in the past, there are no same day appointments, only a call back or to wait 1 and half weeks for an appointment. It really is quite unacceptable. If you call to make an appointment, be prepared to be kept waiting in a queue of 11 people in front of you, get cut off as you move up the queue and the earliest appointment being a week and a half away. They never attempt to book you with the same doctor each time, so each appointment you get any random doctor. The last doctor I saw was male and he did not even say hello or goodbye to me. Very rude, he made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. Another rushed me through my appointment and simple referred me rather than helping me, I was hardly able to speak to get my problem across. If you go during the week in the day time, the surgery is almost empty, yet they have no appointments available? It is the worst doctors surgery I have ever been part of. They need more doctors, more receptionists to book appointment and same day early emergency appointments that are NOT over the phone."
