"I recently registered with this surgery after moving away from my previous gp. I was very disappointed with my previous surgery and hoped this one would be better. Based on the reviews I registered and went for my new patient assessment.
The receptionist is lovely, she doesn't act like she's guarding the gates to heaven like most Dr secretaries. She got me registered and booked in quickly and was lovely to deal with.
The nurse was also lovely, she listened to all of my concerns and offered the flu jab to me. I finally feel like I found a surgery I'm comfortable in and able to be taken seriously."
