"I have been trying for a week now to get a follow up appointment, tried phoning at 8.30am but phones at this time are switched to busy, managed to get through once at 8.30 and 32 seconds but was told all appointments had gone!!!!!! Advised to set up on line as was quicker and easier to get appointment, this I done and NO it isn't, been trying everyday, today I have been trying since 8.28am and still trying now, 2 hours later, in the hope there maybe a cancellation. I have no problem with the GP's and nurses, when you are (very) lucky to get an appointment but trying to get a follow up appointment a week or so later (as requested by GP or Nurse) is a nightmare as you cannot book at the time. I can see and understand why more and more people are ending up at the hospital at least they get seen."
