"I have been twice in the last month one for a repeat prescription which a doctor prescribed and unknown to me that when I went to Boots was told you cant have you need an alternative, go to reception explained they said it would be changed and they would message me, no they did not had to come out of work twice to see what was happening only for the fact that I was shouting about how disorganized they are that i got another prescription, then I see the consultant, who gave me a letter to take to to the doctors and they would issue me with a change of medicine, I gave my letter in and the receptionist said it will be a couple of days and we will notify you, they didnt once again came out of work to ask about the prescription to be told they have lost my letter, how disgusting is that, its a confidential letter and should be treated with respect, how can they lose a letter then tell me that I have to get a copy, the staff are rude, no empathy they hide behind a screen and I can hear them talking about me and then the deputy manager tells me she is short staffed, sorry thats not an excuse for losing a lettter I am am so disgusted with this place"
