"I do not understand how this fantastic surgery can be only rated 3 stars.
Yes: to book an appointment with a designated doctor might mean you need to wait a week or so, but you can either turn up for morning surgery by 10.30 and be seen or book a short notice appointment for the next day at noon. The doctors are meticulous, compassionate and clear in exploring care and treatment. The admin and reception staff are always warm, friendly and considerate- in spite of having to deal at times with patients' ire. I have witnessed unfair venting of frustration on them and I am so impressed with their calm and helpful attitude and demeanour when confronted with such.
I really do not understand what level of care those who rate this surgery as a 3 star expect: to me, it is exceptional and I am most fortunate to be a patient of it."
