"I havepreviously been disappointed by the level of service from this practice but I can confirm that they have improved since I last had to go in (around May 2018).
Last time I tried to contact them I was subjected to half an hour of continually pressing redial waiting for the call to be answered, however this time I called and within 3 dials of the tone my call was answered by a pleasant helpful lady. The lady was able to send my repeat prescription to the nearby Lloyds pharmacy in time for when it was needed. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Please give this practice a chance folks... it is clear they are making huge efforts to improve!"
