"My husband and I have recently seen a Doctor, Nurse and Health Worker, and they have all been great. We have been taken in early for appointments when possible, listened to, and been treated in a friendly and respectful manner.
I particularly like that the Practice has the flexibility to make us early morning appointments, meaning that we can have an appointment before travelling into London for work.
The only thing where there could be improvement is in answering the phone. We have needed to wait 45 minutes at times, which is frustrating. I wonder if patients with non-urgent queries could be sign-posted to call at quieter times?
