"Being new to the area I needed to change my doctors surgery. After ringing round I could only find this surgery with availability for myself and daughter. I was told to come to the surgery with the correct documentation which I did only to be told to go home and fill them in which I didnât do. I had to fill in two forms because I was told it was likely one form might get lost. The process of booking an appointment was not explained at the time. After two weeks I went back to the surgery to book an appointment, not an emergency but I wiould be needing an inhaler so 5/6 weeks waiting would be fine. No appointments. Ring at 8am. Rang at 8am . Ring at 11am for an afternoon appointment . Still no appointments. Very worrying when even the receptionist said she hasnât got a clue whatâs going on. I strongly do not advise anyone to use this surgery."
