"I cannot find fault with the services provided by WTS. One particular doctor is a kind and caring person and an excellent GP. She is a good listener and I have found her to react with good advice together with prompt action. I have been amazed by the speed at which actions have been put into motion, be it appointments to see peripatetic health providers or promptness with hospital appointments. Another doctor is also a very good GP, easy to communicate with and a first-class diagnostician.
I also have regular appointments with the Practice Nurse for my breathing difficulties and health checks. She works so well and closely with my doctor that no time is ever wasted in implementing changes to medications which make such a difference to my well-being.
The admin and reception staff are always most polite and helpful and, thanks to the management, making appointments with GPs or Nurse have been much improved with the adoption of the queuing system for âphone calls.
I really welcome the fact that the Practice is making full use of the âoutreachâ facilities of Podiatrists and Physiotherapists, thereby eliminating the need to travel to Scunthorpe. There is a good atmosphere in the Surgery but better sound-proofing in the reception area would be a real bonus. Well done, Dr and the West Town Surgery Team.
