"Every one is kind,considerate,friendly and helpful. All the Doctors,Nurses,Receptionists,
Pharmacists,and Managers and support staff. I have tried to meet every one who works
in the Surgery to give them my thanks.. They deal with a great number of Patients.
As a very long -time retired Nurse I remember the day's when one was unable to have
" a new heart, liver,kidney,hips, knees, organ and parts replacement.
Now the Staff have to consider all these things during Consultations. So much work
goes on after patients are seen . All of this takes time. In my 22 years coming here I have
never had any one be rude to me..Sitting in the waiting room I have also never
heard a member of staff be rude.. We must remember how lucky we are to have
this rural GP facility. I thank you all very much."
