"I left this review a few days ago but it seems to have disappeared.
Once you get to see a doctor or nurse they are approachable and polite, however getting the appointment is the issue, having to wait 3/4 weeks is not acceptable. Currently my adult daughter has a rash not improved by anti histamines but she has to wait over 3 weeks to see a gp ! this is not acceptable!.
The content in my review which has disappeared was about my concern that the clinical staff are not working in transparent open ways with patients.
I received a form inviting me to attend a group education programme about preventing diabetes. The letter began with `as you know you are at risk of developing diabetes `No clinician at this practice has ever discussed this issue with me and I am not aware that I have had my blood levels tested for glucose.
The form was signed by the `medical director` of the practice so I posted the form to him stating I was unaware of this diagnosis.I have not received a reply."
