"the computer says NO so you cant have an appointment , try again tomorrow and the day after, and the day after and so on and so forth for an appointment in 3 weeks time ,try altering the computer calendar/time diary to accept bookings before and after 3 weeks , the reception staff are rude and like to call people IDIOTS. the staff have no name badges so you don't know who to complain about.
when you do get a call from the reception staff they just identify themselves as Westland's medical Centre and not e.g bill, George or harry
the nurses and majority of doctors do their jobs well, it is a shame that they are let down by the reception staff that they EMPLOY, or are they told to be obstructive and delay everything"
