"The staff here are very hit and miss. Some of the GPs are kind and caring and genuinely investigate issues. My GP is fab she listens and takes action. However I used to see another GP who would belittle me and make me feel like I was a burden when I tried to discus my mental health problems. I have also been told by family members she has made them feel like an idiot too.
So basically it depends which doctor you get.
I do also think GPs are overworked and donât have much time. However patients are struggling too and usually only want to see the GP when they are obviously not feeling the best. I think if there was consistency the service would get a better rating. Their latest CQC report sums it up really ârequires improvementâ"
