"Absolutely terrible service! There is a web based booking system but there are never any bookings which means you have to ring on the day and maybe take an appointment away from someone with an urgent need. Once at the surgery the service is OK, the Nursing staff are great, the regular Doctors are indecisive and it's hit and miss with the locum. The receptionists can be very abrupt!
But the main problem is the lack of appointments as when a Doctor retired about two years ago she was never replaced and the surgery with 6203 patients has just two Doctors neither of whom fill you with confidence. Despite all these problems they are still accepting new patients, but then they are paid on a "per patient" fee so the more patients with fewer doctors equals a bigger pay packet!"
