"The main reason for leaving a review is to praise a new-ish doctor at wideopen medical centre. After having to book an appointment to discuss my daughters development, I found that this GP listened to us thoroughly, discussed in depth possibilities and also made a positive outcome. She was very attentive to us all as we visited as a family.
Only downside I could comment on is the reception staff at Dudley surgery. They need some lessons in customer service skills from the wideopen reception staff. They are often rude, abrupt and donât listen. For example I ring to say can I have appointment Monday morning and their reply is âwe have 3pmâ. No I can only do the morning. âOh we have one at 4.15pmâ This is typical each time I ring and other family members have mentioned this too."
