The GP and her team are brilliant. Everyone from the girls on reception to the nurses and the Doctors, they are always so friendly and. approachable.
The Doctors are professional yet caring. They really listen to you and everything is explained properly and although the surgery is very busy, I never feel rushed.
It doesnât matter if Iâm taking my son or my elderly Dad, they are both treated with the same respect and dignity.
My husband is a patient at another practice in Winsford and there, the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Trying to get an appointment without a letter from the pope is a minor miracle. When you do finally get an appointment youâre just a number.
So credit where credit is due. Well done to the GP and her team who always go that extra mile and make us patients feel special."
