"The decision to force everyone to call at 8am for an appointment on the same day is not working and is not practical. Your phone line and answering system is abysmal. If you were a business you would have no customers and go bankrupt.
The staff try to convince you to believe that they do this because so many people donât turn up, but even if I ring up and successfully get an appointment for the same day, I could still not turn up, so the risk remains the same. You have created a BIG problem for your patients and asking my family and colleagues at work on their experiences, I can tell you everybody agrees and your surgery is under great scrutiny, Hence why your reviews are appalling.
Itâs a massive shame because your doctors and nurses are fine. The problem is with your poorly thought out processes and some of your rude cocky receptionists, who have a âRules are rulesâ attitude instead of actually listening and understanding the patients needs.
Itâs only a matter of time until your negligence kills somebody.
