"very disappointed in how unhelpful and rude the reception member of staff was.
I ordered a prescription over ten day ago, staff had confirmed this has been received and that they were in the process of dealing with it, 5 days later still no prescription!
After several conversations on the telephone, I visited the surgery, the receptionist just kept saying "I presume the lady is n the mist of doing it" I expressed my concerns that it had taken so long and that it was nearly two weeks to which she replied with "yeah she will be in the mist of doing it". I asked to speak to a manager to be told no one was available. while dealing with me she said "can you wait a minute, as these people have appointments and I need to get them checked in otherwise they will miss their appointments" . poor customer service what ever happened to "Every Patient matters". I have ended up leaving the surgery with the issue unresolved as the receptionist clearly did not want to help or was incapable, no apparently no one else was available."
