"The general feeling I have whenever I deal with this practice is that I'm not a valued patient but an instead an inconvenience who's call is generally unwelcome.
Its nigh impossible to get through to book an appointment and even if you get answered, you then go around an inane loop telling you there busy helping other patients and unable to take your call. I was on hold last week for 14 minutes just waiting for someone to answer a queued call.
They repeatedly fail to action request made to them by external NHS agencies for services including blood test, x-rays and referrals and the patient is left to micro manage their own care to ensure this happens.
This practice has a high turnover of GP staff and consistency of care is extremely limited or non existent . The former practice manager who recently left, had failed to action agreed care objectives with me on a number of occasions and the current acting practice manager as continued in this vain since taking up her position.
Unfortunately, due to the level of care I have received at this practice I cannot recommend it unless significant changes are made and soon."
