"Have been a patient at Woolsthorp surgery since 1997 when we relocated from Hampshire. Have had an excellent experience under the previous GP'S prior to the amalgamation.
Unfortunately I was diagnosed with MS in 2006.
I have had an exceptional service provision as a now disabled patient.
Their care to me is exceptional.
I was a clinical nurse manager prior to my illness and have during my 25+years experience I have had many experience both here in the UK and in Switzerland where I worked as a senior Sister.
