"This health center just slips further and further into the mire. I note on my prescription it states that my doctor review is overdue by several months. I went on line to attempt to make an appointment through Patient Access on the 20/01/19. The message was displayed that this could not be completed and to contact the surgery by phone.
At the best of times this could be a challenge hence i decided to try again later in the week. Today 24/01/19 @ 12:45 hours I though I would make a further attempt on line. Again the same message appears. The practice web site was checked and it confirms on line bookings can be made.
Looks like a walk down there as it will be the only way to make an appointment assuming of course they are not closed for lunch or staff training."
