"My mother has been a patient of this practice for nearly 3 decades and I can only describe the care that she receives as outstanding. The doctors and the clinical staff always put my mother's interests first. Recently, they spent a large proportion of their consulting time with my mother when they made timely onward referrals to the hospital so that her condition did not deteriorate.
It can sometimes be frustratingly difficult to get an appointment when you want it. However, the reception staff are accommodating when you call them to explain your problems. In my experience they have been understanding and helpful. The online appointment system is also efficient.
In my view the whole team do a great job in a challenging NHS system."
