"2 out of 3 visits I've had the same speeches about how I shouldn't come for something as it wasn't serious enough, before saying they haven't seen me in a few years and I need to come more often. Doesn't inspire confidence. It's always been a blend of condescending and clueless.
I waited a month for a 5 minute phone call for a scan referral for serious knee pain. Results back apparently showing nothing, now they don't want to see me about a condition that's making my life unbearable. After arguing it's another 3.5 weeks to go back and try to be polite while being insulted again in the hopes of a referral to a real doctor. Awful. Rude and completely useless.
Reception staff are always pleasant, despite no doubt having to deal with very frustrated patients."
