"This is a really great surgery with very well trained doctors and nurses who show exemplary care and thorough work. Unfortunately they are dragged down by the staff at the front desk and unfortunately their attitude brings down the professionalism of the surgery. Based on this alone is why I would not recommend this surgery.
The staff lack empathy and care. They are not solution orientated and behave with a nonchalant attitude. This review is as much a reaction to a recent event concerning my 6 month old daughter as it is how I have been feeling about the surgeries front desk staff for a while now. On numerous occasions I have been met (either in person or on the phone) by a person that does not take the time to listen or just does not care and tries to pass you off as if itâs not their problem and you have sort it out yourself. This is worrying because not only does it reflect badly on the entire surgery but it also brings into question the training that the front desk staff go through. Especially during this time of the pandemic with normal services not being disrupted you would at least expect customer service and care to be a bit of a priority. Very disappointed that a person (especially one working for the NHS) can show such lack of empathy. We had great hopes for this surgery but will be removing ourselves immediately because we are now fed up with the lack of care and interest from the front desk staff. Again it is very unfortunate because the doctors and nurses here are fantastic!!"
