"I have met Dr Noor twice at least. She was helpful, reassuring and sent me to A&E on the first occasion where I was admitted and, on the second visit, referred me to the Basildon heart department. I have had several hospital appointments since and can not fault the treatment or attitude of the hospital staff. The NHS is much maligned.
The Nurses at the practice have so been so kind and helpful, particularly Charlotte whom I have seen most.
The receptionists have always been polite and helpful and understanding when I have asked for a couple of same day appointments with a Nurse or Doctor.
We joined the practice in 1962 with Drs Brown, Renton and Griffiths and soon after Dr Prem and have seen many changes. Except for the very first receptionist, we have no complaints about any of the staff that we have met over the years. Life is such that people do not always appreciate what they have."
