"Had very negative experiences with the surgery and the doctor. It is very rarely I need the gp services but firstly, the receptionist will become the gp and diagnose your problems and often leads to painkillers. Second day, was not offered an appointment but told to ring back in 2 weeks. On the one occasion where I did have the privilege of seeing the gp, the Dr told me not to come to the surgery but self diagnose on the website.
I have since changed my gp who gave me blood test and sent me for X-rays at the hospital and now diagnosed properly with some that requires far more than painkillers.
This is not the traditional gp but you feel like a burden on the surgery. So glad I left for a gp that feels like he cares for my health and well-being."
