"Ive been with the surgery for 8 years and ive had ups and downs with level of survice. It was great at first, could always get an appointment and waiting room was never packed. Some of the receptionists were rude and ignored you. Some of the cover GPâs mainly women were very patronising and unhelpful. I once went for help with anxiety and got a speech about the docs troubles and that was life. It was hard for me to go there and i felt completely ignored. so seeked outside help. I still dont feel i could go back to speak about my anxiety as i feel i would be ignored again, as im not cutting my wrists. When pregnant bllod tests got lost and i had to do them again (by the way i hate needles) and after i had my baby one doctor told me to lose weight. When i said that i was coming off the pill she said âdont get pregnant againâ. One doctor is lovely and always has a smile on his face and is very approachable. Other than leaving near by i would probably move. I dont feel that patience are listened to, and are rushed out the door"
