"I have only been with Bath Lodge for six months - I moved into its catchment area but was concerned about the ratings here before registering.
I'm writing this to show my appreciation of their care and professionalism since last September and to make others aware that the low average score here may simply be skewed because people find it easier to complain than to praise.
Yes there have been a few teething problems, but the vast majority of interactions have been productive and successful, with staff friendly, compassionate and most of all, professional.
We all know of the cutbacks in the system, the increasing population and possibly these days we have less realistic expectations of what the NHS can and should provide, after we've Googled our maladies and self-diagnosed.
It's one patient's opinion but from what I have experienced the Bath Lodge staff are doing the very best they can under challenging circumstances."
