"This surgery is a joke. The reception staff is more than unhelpful. Which does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Tang them after discharge from the hospital. I had a misscariage and lost a lot of blood. When called to arrange an appoitnement in a week's time as advised by the hospital, explained the whole situation, got no sympathy to the situation what so ever. And the response to book me an appointment within a week to do my blood test, was told to come in 2 days on Monday at 8am to stand in a queue to book the appointment for the time I need. The lady on the phone was so in a rush to put the phone down, I had to ask her few time to listen . I am very weak after losing more than anlitler of blood, so I am not sure if I can go in Monday to stay in the queue to book my appointment. No other options were offered to me, the reception staff was very quick to out the phone down, a disgrace to NHS system. Absolute opposite to the treatment I received in the hospital."
