"We felt compelled to submit an additional review here, having done so in the past concerning our positive experiences.....this is because, since then, one of us had surgery and unfortunately one of the surgery wounds became infected which required wound management to aid recovery. Our experience was outstanding and felt it should be known and reiterated here.
Our GP(s) and reception staff (they are lovely) were more than happy to assist with this after care, instead of sending us to the hospital where the surgery took place, which if so, would would have meant driving to Southend everyday, not to far yes, but since this was everyday for at least 6 weeks and all through Christmas, this made an already very difficult situation a lot easier for us. Yes, there is always a lot more going on in the world, but at the time, it felt like a terrible situation to be in and did have an impact on us, but we were made to feel welcome every time we attended, which helped a lot.
As far as we are concerned, from our experiences, the doctors and reception staff are, for want of a better word, fantastic.
