Prescriptions always take weeks to be signed by a doctor, even when I call up to nudge things along they loose the prescription.
My mother has waited over a month to get a change in her prescriptions. She has Parkinsons and so medications on time are vital for some quality of life.
Yet these people give my mother and I the impression that they have no interest in the welfare of a patient.
