"I've recently moved cities and have registered at a new doctors accordingly, this made me realise that this surgery is a good clinic. Firstly, you always can get through to the receptionist team in a reasonable amount of time who are helpful and friendly. Furthering this, it is rather easy to book appointments with a doctor of your choice, albeit you may have to wait until the next week to get one; I've never struggled to get an appointment. Even when I needed to have a specialist appointment, I only had to wait a few days for this.
The doctors & nurses I see at the clinic are good, explain things well and are compassionate. Some staff have a notably good sense of humour, especially the nurses which always makes the experience more comfortable!
In general, the surgery has always provided a good service for me and I do miss having the familiar settings of my 'home' doctors."
